If I may draw your attention to one paper in particular, I am especially excited about my current project: Incomplete Markets as the Outcome of Bilateral Bargaining. In this paper, I analyze the normative implications of replacing competitive financial markets with strategic bargaining networks. Applications of this theory include payment systems and exchange rates, highlights of my 1-year research plan.
